Privacy

We keep this short and plain. Bongkan only collects what it needs to make your invoices and run your account. We do not sell your data and we do not show ads.

What we store

• Your account: your name, email, and your password (stored scrambled, we cannot read it).
• Your shop: shop name, contact, address, tax number, logo, and payment QR and payment line that you add.
• Your invoices: items, prices, and the customer names and contacts you type in. You decide what to enter.
• Top ups: the receipt pictures you send us, the amount and the time, so we can check your payment.
• Telegram: if you connect the bot, your Telegram chat ID and username, so we can send you messages about your top up.
• Technical: a login cookie, and basic server logs (like time and page) to keep the site safe and working.

How we use it

• To show your invoices and make the pictures you download.
• To check payments and add invoices to your balance.
• To send you messages you asked for, like a password reset link or a payment confirmation.
• To keep the service secure and fix problems.

Who else sees it

• Only you can see your invoices, logo and QR. Our admin can see account details, balances and the top up receipts so we can support you.
• Our hosting provider stores the data for us. Telegram carries the bot messages. Pages load their fonts from Google Fonts, which can see that a visitor opened the page.
• We share information with authorities only when the law requires it.

Your choices

• You can edit your shop details and download your invoices (CSV) any time.
• You can ask us to delete your account and all your data. Message the Bongkan bot on Telegram from the account you used, or write to us from your account email. We delete it within 30 days. Payment records may be kept for accounting if the law needs it.

Security

Passwords are stored scrambled, uploads are kept private, and the site uses an encrypted connection. No online service is perfectly safe, so please use a strong password and keep it private.

Children

Bongkan is made for shop owners and is not meant for children.
