1. What Bongkan is

Bongkan is a tool that helps shops make Khmer and English invoices and receipts as pictures, keep a record of them, and download them to send to customers. By creating an account or using the site you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

• Give a real email and keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
• One person or shop per account. Please do not share a login with strangers.
• Tell us if you think someone else is using your account.

3. Invoices and top ups

• Every account can claim a free gift of invoices once. Each invoice you save uses one invoice from your balance. Editing, voiding and downloading an invoice you already made is free.
• You can top up with a pack of invoices. You pay by ABA to the account we show you and send us the receipt. We check it by hand and add the invoices, usually within a few minutes.
• Prices are shown in riel and in US dollars. The dollar amount is worked out from the exchange rate we show and can change.
• Invoices already added to your balance are not refundable. If you paid the wrong amount or something went wrong, message us and we will fix it.
• Unused invoices do not expire.

4. What you put in

• You are responsible for the content of your invoices: prices, tax, customer details, and that they follow the law, including tax rules, where you sell.
• Bongkan makes invoices as a convenience. It is not an accountant or a tax advisor and it does not file anything for you.
• Do not use Bongkan for fake or misleading invoices, scams, or anything illegal.
• You keep ownership of your logo, your QR and your invoice data. You give us permission to store and show it to you so the service can work.

5. Using the site fairly

Please do not try to break the site, overload it, read other people’s data, or copy it. We may pause or close an account that does, and we will tell you why when we can.

6. No promises about uptime

We work hard to keep Bongkan running and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of mistakes. Download or export the invoices you cannot afford to lose (there is a CSV export). To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses caused by downtime, errors, or a customer not paying.

7. Closing your account

You can ask us to close your account and delete your data at any time (see how on the privacy page). We can close accounts that break these terms.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. When the change matters we will tell you in the app or on Telegram. Using Bongkan after a change means you accept it.

9. Contact
